I recently stayed at Auberge Van Strombeek for a quick overnight stay. The location was great, as it was right next to the Atomium and Bruparck. The hotel was affordable and offered parking, which was convenient for me since I was traveling by car. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the bed was very comfortable and I was provided with a fan to keep cool. The room had all the necessary amenities, including soap, shower gel, towels, and even a hairdryer. Additionally, I enjoyed the proximity to attractions like the planetarium and miniature world.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered free onsite parking, which was a great convenience for us during our city break. The location was also a key factor, as it was close to popular tourist attractions such as the Atomium and Expo area. This made it easy for us to explore and enjoy our time in the city. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay pleasant and enjoyable.
One major drawback of the hotel was the lack of an elevator. Having to climb the stairs with our luggage was quite inconvenient, especially when we were leaving early in the morning.

I can classify this hotel as a home away from home. It is a private and peaceful place to stay. Transportation was an issue for me the location of the Metro station is rather far.
I wanted a place to stay while attending to other matters in Brussels. I got that

The location and the prices are good. And the bar is nice to take a beer and the breakfast (which is a bit poor).
The WC and showers. They are few, small and not very practical

the parking with 5 places OK (because hotel empty).
This hotel is in a bad shape. Bathroom is small and confined. The staff is friendly and made his best to help. Cleanliness is ok. The price is exagerated 180 euro and profiting of brussels saturated hotel rooms on certain days. Last time I book this hotel. Too bad, it is good location.

Good value for the money, accurate description.
Small rooms, I mean really small - for me it is not an issue as I come back to the hotel only to take a shower and sleep, but some found this info usefull. I guess they like to take long walks around bed at night or something )

Clean room, nice beds, close to atomium and mini europe, as we were in a room for four it had a kitchenet, free car parking space is a great advantage
no ventillation in toilet, kitchnet had no utensils and no cooking facility, hotel had no lift (only three floors anyway) but the staircases were bit too narrow.

Hotel is just walking distance away from Atomium. Price was budget (I got promotion for single occupancy, non-refundable) WiFi works very well in my room. In my opinion, it is perfect if you have a car. Brussels is a car friendly town anyway.
There was only 5 spots for parking.
